The game is based on the historical events of the 19th century. In the year 1863, the Polish people rose up in a great uprising against the Russian rulers. In that year, the Russian army was badly beaten in the battlefield and the people of Poland won their independence.
But the year 1863 was not the end of the story. The new government, which was established after the victory of the Uprising, began to seek ways to re-establish the authority of the state. The main task of the new government was the struggle against the enemies on the frontiers of the country. And it is to this conflict that the player will have to devote much of his time.
